The shipping policy explains how Night Vision manages the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders. By placing an order with Night Vision, you agree to the terms mentioned on the page below regarding the shipping of our products.

Order Processing and Handling 

Night Vision processes orders during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Once your order and payment are confirmed, we ship your order via Australia post within one to three working days, besides on public holidays and weekends. The processing may take longer during high-demand seasons, inventory shortages, or unexpected operational issues. If delays occur, we shall notify you via email, your contact information, or any other available means.

Order Processing and Handling

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we generally take about 1 to 3 business days to prepare and pack the shipment. The processing may take longer during high-demand seasons, inventory shortages, or unexpected operational issues.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped through reliable carriers and generally arrive within 7 to 21 business days. There can be some delay due to customs inspections, regional handling practices and local public holidays. Do note that we cannot guarantee international delivery timelines, as there are many factors that are outside of our control affecting the delivery time. 

Delivery Disclaimer

All forms of delivery estimates are only provided as a guideline, as we have very limited control over the events and aspects affecting the timeline once the product leaves our office. These aspects and events include custom processes and courier delays. 

Shipping Fees

Domestic Fees

Shipping charges for domestic deliveries depend on the parcel weight, size, delivery destination, and the selected shipping method. All the costs are shown at checkout before payment. That said, we do provide free shipping on orders over $50. 

International Fees 

The international shipping fee is based on the package dimensions, weight, and destination. Depending on your region and carrier, additional charges may apply, which are shown at the time of your checkout. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipment, you, as a customer, are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other charges as imposed by the destination nation. We, at Night Vision, do not cover these costs and are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authorities. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an order. Order tracking 

You receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details once we dispatch the order. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update on the courier’s systems. Do note that the lack of an immediate update is normal and does not indicate an issue. You can follow the delivery process directly through the courier’s tracking app. 

Delivery Requirements

Couriers may make one or several attempts at delivery, depending on the location. If there is nobody to accept the delivery, the package will be left in a safe location, rerouted to a collection point, or rescheduled for redelivery. There are certain high-value shipments that must be signed for upon delivery. Night Vision will not be liable for any unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If tracking says your package was delivered, but you haven’t gotten it yet. Please check your surroundings, neighbours, and building management first. If you still can’t find it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For damaged shipments: please take clear photos of the packaging and the product, and send them to us within 48 hours of receipt so we can further investigate this. In the event of missing items: report the issue within 72 hours; provide photos and details with your request. We will check the packing record and give you a suitable solution.

Shipment Restrictions Due to import laws, courier limitations, or safety concerns, we may not ship to certain countries. In that case, if we cannot deliver to your location, we will let you know either at the time of checkout or shortly thereafter and provide a refund, if necessary. 

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once a shipment has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, and customers must follow the return process after receiving the item if they no longer want it.
